I plan on documenting what I eat on a daily basis, more for myself than anything else. I know my diet isn't exactly perfect or to the letter yet, but I've only just started and I massively welcome any input or advise!!

Tuesday 12th November (The start of Paleo Diet)

Breakfast - Smoothie made with mixed frozen berries, fresh banana and almond milk.

Lunch - 3 egg omelette with mushrooms, spring onion, salmon and watercress.

Snack - Handful of almonds & an apple.

Dinner - Roasted spicy cumin chicken breast, peppers and aubergine with sweet potato smash.

I tried to post pictures, but it said the files were too big!!

Wednesday 13th November

Breakfast - Apple and a big handful of sunflower & pumpkin seeds.

Lunch - Soup made with yesterday's left over chicken, homemade chicken stock, carrots, spring onions, and shredded Brussels sprouts.

Dinner - Homemade meatballs, made with pork mince, onions, garlic and spices, with a fresh homemade tomato sauce.

Thursday 14th November

Breakfast - 3 rashers of bacon with 3 fried eggs
               - 1/4 of a honey dew melon

Lunch - 2 leftover meatballs with tomato sauce from the night before.

Snack - Banana

Dinner - Salmon, king prawns & Brussels sprouts quickly stir fried in olive oil with lots of garlic and lemon juice, all with a hug mixed salad.

Friday 15th November

Breakfast - Fruit smoothie made with mixed frozen berries, fresh banana and almond milk
               - Large handful of mixed seeds

Lunch - Chicken breast in a tomato and basil dressing, with big mixed salad of lettuce, cucumber & grated carrot

Snack - Clementines

Dinner - Large roasted cod loin, with steamed broccoli and carrots.

Monday 18th November

Breakfast - Frozen strawberry & spinach smoothie with almond milk ... I read on another website that I wouldn't taste the spinach. This is a lie. I shan't be doing this for breakfast again!!

Lunch - Chicken breast with big mixed salad with olive oil, lemon & black pepper dressing.

Snack - 2 clementines

Dinner - Bacon wrapped salmon fillet with cauliflower "mashed potatoes" (From the Nom Nom Paleo website, which I'm officially addicted to!!) and steamed broccoli.

Breakfast - 2 fried eggs, with sautÚd spinach and a grilled portobello mushroom.

Lunch - Home made guacamole, with leftover chicken breast & bacon, wrapped up in big iceberg lettuce leaf x2.

Snack - 2 clementines.

Dinner - Spicy pork chilli con carne.
