Ok time for me to get serious. I know better. I am a chiropractor with post graduate training in paleo nutrition. Yet I'm out of shape and eat way too much sugary crap. So I'm here to get going againI have been doing crossfit for about 6 months, and I'm getting fitter but not leaner. All my own fault. So tonight I had hamburgers with salad, but yes I had bread. A little fruit. And a hard boiled egg
Biggest hurdles are sweet foods and snacks at work! Cooked up a bunch of snacks for work tonight, so all done.
