Here is my attempt at tracking my food and workouts. I'm horrible at documenting things so we'll see how this works....
Background: 27yo female; 5'4" ~150lbs. My hobby of choice is riding horses- I ride competitively in dressage. I also do Crossfit. I've been Crossfitting on and off for a while but have been pretty consistent since March until I got sick about a month ago. I managed to gain 5lbs over that month and that kinda sucks. So, now I'm back into it and pretty sore in places. Can't wait for the muscle memory to kick in!
My goals: stay consistent with crossfit again and get to a reasonable adherence to Paleo. I have a bad habit of cheating once a day with something so I'm going to start with trying to limit it to maybe once every other day... then maybe it will be only occasionally! Baby steps...
So, we'll start with yesterday...

CF: Team WOD with ring dips, 1 pood kettlebell swings, box jumps, toes to bar, and tire carrying. I think I did a million kettlebell swings and a sufficient amount of ring dips with a band. It was a team thing so I didn't have to do everything (since I suck at the other stuff).
Food: late lunch of 4 free range eggs cooked with a few slices of bacon and a Larabar.
Later in the day had a couple bites of ham and 2 deviled eggs at a party and a couple of pieces of cheese. Also had some beer and wine. Not going to give that up anytime soon...
Went out with friends and at 5am this morning had a steak pita wrap (yep, def not paleo... but tasty!)
