Hey all - I'm about to get started on Paleo living and looking to this board for accountability and daily journaling... I imagine a lot begin but never finish... We shall see if I fall into that category. Is it OK to use this as both a food and fitness journal?
Going to aim to have:
Protein Grams : 176
Fat Grams : 88
Carbs Grams : 187
For a total of 2300ish calories...
Exercise is going to be around practicing yoga, running, cycling once per week then lifting and swimming twice per week... I'm always open to feedback - wish me luck!
