Mmm grilled duck.

Great job! I find that posting about my food does indeed help hold myself accountable for my daily intake. I also love reading about others' food choices for inspiration.

Welcome! :)

Oh I know, but I just use the word seafood to encompass all fish/shellfish.  Most of my relatives are from the south and we used to go crawdad hunting a lot when I was a kid.  :)

But your not......you said crawfish.....I'm thinking Midwest.  If'n you was a yankee you'd o' said crayfish and if you was from the deep south you probably would have said mud bugs.   ;D

Actually I spent most of my childhood years in Illinois, you're right!  :D  Spent my high school years in New Jersey.  We were the yankee branch of my mom's family.   ::)  The rest of my mom's family all lived in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee.

Well...haven't been too hip on keeping a log even though I'm sticking with the plan pretty well.

Tonights dinner was worth an honorable mention though

bacon wrapped duck breasts on the grill along with frog legs skillet fried in butter.

slap yo' momma!
