When I completed my last 30 Day Paleo Diet Challenge, well over a year ago, I was down to 155 lbs, and now I'm sitting at 209 lbs, and quite embarrassed. However, I know that this is the place to come for support and a second chance.

What makes you think we're going to give you a second chance?

Just kidding!  Welcome back.

I recommend you not consider it a "challenge" this time, but rather a permanent lifestyle change.

Thanks for the welcome back Warren and Posy!  ;)

Yes, Warren, you are right, it's a lifestyle change, not a challenge. However, I'm really into these 30 Day Challenges for some reason, so I am going to count my 30 days, then keep doing it once the challenge is over, starting with another 30 Day Challenge, which will most likely be a daily exercise routine.

I guess you could say I got tired of being sick and tired, but this time I'm pacing myself instead of trying to do it all at once. Trying to be superhuman, and tackle it all, always results in frustration.

Day 2 - 207 lbs.  ;D

2 Venison Sausage Patties, and 2 Eggs with a dash of Frank's Extra Hot Sauce
1 Mug of Black Coffee
1 Bowl of Chicken Cacciatore
1 Bowl of Kielbasa Sausage with Sauerkraut
1 Bud Light Beer
1 Diet Dr. Pepper
64 oz of Water

I need to cut back on the salt, but I still think I'm doing okay for the first week of transition.  ;)
