So below is a typical day for me.  I've been been using Cron-O-Meter to track meals and i tweak accordingly. I've been Paleo for one month now but one week included some cheating since i was on vacation.   :-\

i'm trying to get lean so i'm also working out to burn fat (tabata and will start strength training soon). i'm 5'9" at 175lbs. any tips/advice are welcome.

Breakfast
- 3 eggs scrambled, cooked w/ bacon ends
- 2 cups of black coffee

Lunch
- 6oz Slow roasted beef/pork chuck roast (w/ fat of course)
- 1 cup Broccoli or Kale cooked in clarified butter

Snack (not everyday)
- Banana  -or-
- Goji berries (are these paleo??)  -or-
- 1 oz almonds

Dinner
- 1 can tuna
- 1 avocado w/ onions, garlic, lime
- 1.5 cups Salad mix
- Drizzle about 3tbsp clarified butter on the above

i also drink at least a liter of water throughout the day.

was at a party yesterdaty and was paleo for the most part. a lot of mexican food so i stayed away from tortillas, beans, rice.. instead i stuck with beef, pork and ceviche (fish in citrus juice). unfortunately, they had little green vegetables.  so back on track the next day..

Breakfast:
- scrambled omega3 eggs, cooked in bacon ends
- about one slice of grass-fed beef liver, lightly seared in ghee

Lunch:
- spinach cooked in salt pork (had to add water since it was too salty)
- 4 pork spareribs

Dinner:
- salad w/ turkey breast, bacon, hardboiled eggs, avocado.

i ate lighter yesterday.. didn't work out that day so shouldn't be a problem..?..

Breakfast:
- 3 eggs, boiled (O-3 eggs)
- 1 avocado

Lunch:
- 6 oz beef shortribs
- 3/4 cup collard greens w/ bacon

Dinner:
- 1 can tuna & 1  can sardines, with cucumber and avocado oil
- Cup of salad greens
- 1 oz almonds

Breakfast:
- 3 egg yolks raw (omega3)
- 3 egg whites scrambled w/ bacon ends
- water, coffee

Lunch:
- 6 oz braised rump roast
- 1.5 cups of swiss chard w/ mustard greens (cooked in 3tbl ghee)

Pre-workout:
- 1/2 tbl goji berries
- 8 raspberries
- 2 tbl almond butter
- cup almond milk

Dinner:
- 1 cup tuna/sardine 'salad' (includes bit of mustard, avocado oil, celery)
- 3/4 cup red cabbage w/ cucumber, lime

Calories came out to 1500, which is low compared to my average of 2000. i lifted weights that day and was just slightly hungry afterwards.. curious if i'm not eating enough?

this was yesterday for me.. got a food scale too so its pretty accurate  :)

Breakfast:
- 4 egg yolks raw (omega3)
- 4 egg whites scrambled w/ bacon ends
- water, coffee

Lunch:
- 9 oz grassfed chuck roast
- 200g swiss chard & kale (cooked in 3tbl ghee)

Pre-workout:
- 1.5 tbl almond butter
- banana

Dinner:
- 4oz sardines w/ 1 tbl ghee
- 80g swiss chard & kale

total of 2100 calories.
