So below is a typical day for me. I've been been using Cron-O-Meter to track meals and i tweak accordingly. I've been Paleo for one month now
but one week included some cheating since i was on vacation.

i'm trying to get lean so i'm also working out to burn fat (tabata and will start strength training soon). i'm 5'9" at 175lbs. any tips/advice are welcome.
Breakfast
- 3 eggs scrambled, cooked w/ bacon ends
- 2 cups of black coffee
Lunch
- 6oz Slow roasted beef/pork chuck roast (w/ fat of course)
- 1 cup Broccoli or Kale cooked in clarified butter
Snack (not everyday)
- Banana -or-
- Goji berries (are these paleo??) -or-
- 1 oz almonds
Dinner
- 1 can tuna
- 1 avocado w/ onions, garlic, lime
- 1.5 cups Salad mix
- Drizzle about 3tbsp clarified butter on the above
i also drink at least a liter of water throughout the day.
