Haven't posted here for a bit. I'm finding my tolerance for fat is steadily increasing, and I no longer need any rice.

I'm also finding that as I'm approaching my healthy size I'm starting to feel hungrier. I think my body realises it doesn't have much excess left to burn. I definitely need three real meals per day now, whereas before a lot of the time I only wanted two plus a snack.
B: cold roast chicken, pear
L: baconx2, eggsx2, pumpkin and parsnip soup, strawberries
S: macadamias, apple
D: large pork chop, mashed swede with butter, sauteed mushrooms, lots of salad with avocado
S: little bit of chicken, orange
