Right embarked on my Paleo lifestyle today.

Weigh in: 14st 01lb

Saturday 22nd October
Exercise
1hr Intense Cardio Circuit + Treadmill

Breakfast:
3 slices of bacon
2 whole egg omelette cooked in bacon fat

Snack
Beef Jerky & Grapes

Lunch
Mackerel Salad - (Lettuce, radish, cucumber, onion celery, olive oil dressing)

Dinner
King Prawn thai green curry on a bed of spinach.

Made a butternutsquash and Onion soup for tomorrow and have roasted the seeds as a snack when needed.

First day in and not hungry or craving carbs  ;D

Sunday 23rd October

Exercise:
30 Sit ups x2
15 Press ups x2

Breakfast:
3 Whole egg omelette with mushrooms, spring onions, coriander

Snack:
Grapes

Lunch:
Mixed Grill (rump steak, pork loin, chicken and 1 sausage) with peas, carrots and brussel sprouts

Dinner:
Beef Stew + Broccoli and cauliflower

Cheers Warren, trying to give it a good go. Did really miss mash for my stew but otherwise cravings have been non existent.

Monday 24th October:

Exercise:
30 Sit ups x2
15 Press ups x2

Breakfast:
400g Pinaeapple pieces and grapes.

Snack:
1 Apple
Butternutsquash seeds

Lunch:
Homemade butternutsquash and onion soup
2 Spicy chicken drumsticks
1 Apple

Dinner:
Peri Peri Chicken fillet pieces.
Fruit and Nut Mix

First real test last night went to the football where i normally consume a few pints and a pie and managed to only have a bottle of water and my dried fruit and nut mix. look at me go  8)

Hi Jozza, looks like you're doing well! Generally you don't feel hungry or have cravings on paleo, so long as you're getting enough meat and fat.

I would trust to your intincts when you get home - if you feel hungry enough to be bothered cooking, then do it. If you'd rather collapse into bed, that's OK too.

Tuesday 25th October

Exercise:
20 Press Ups x 3
40 Sit ups x 3

Breakfast:
3 Whole egg omelette with broccoli, mushrooms and coriander

Snack:
Fruit and Nut Mix
1 Apple

Lunch:
Beef Stew
1 Apple

Snack:
Beef Jerky

Dinner:
Red Thai Chicken Curry - Broccoli, leeks, mushrooms cooked in cocconut oil with a little soy sauce.

Rest Day

Breakfast:
2 whole eggs scrambled with a bit of sliced spicy sausage.

Snack:
Beef Jerky
1 Apple

Lunch:
Roast Chicken salad with spinach. (lettuce, radish, cucumber, spring onion and carrot)
Roast Chicken Leg

Dinner:
Root Vegtable Soup with a roast chicken leg.

Fillet chicken salad - (Lettuce, radishes, spring onion and celery) Olive oil dressing small dollop of gaucamole

Snack:
Tropical fruit and nut mix

Dinner:
Vegtable soup & bowl of mixed vegtables

Fruit and nut mix

Lunch:
Frittata - 3 eggs, kale, 1 1/2 cup of frozen mixed veg and spicy sausage.

Dinner:
Gammon round, eggs and vegtables

None

Breakfast:
A few grapes (not overly hungry)

Snack:
Beef Jerky

Lunch:
Mackerel Salad (lettuce, radish, cucumber, spring onion, 2 small cheery tomatoes)

Dinner:
Fajitas - Chicken, onions, peppers fajita mix. Lettuce used as a tortilla :(

Dinner was hard tonight but perserved, no sour cream, no cheese no tortilla wraps :D

2 slices of bacon 1 fried egg.

Snack:
5 Pepperami's over the course of the day

Lunch:
Ham, egg and chips - Didnt want the chips but we were at a friends and they had served them up so i ate a few :D

Dinner:
Grape, Apple and Orange Juice smoothie

Breakfast:
2 whole eggs scrambled, 2 slices of bacon with mushrooms and courgettes

Snack:
Fruit and Nut Mix + Dried Apricots

Lunch:
Ham and Egg salad (Lettuce, Cucumber, radish, carrot, tomatoes)

Dinner:
Chicken fillets cooked in a tikka sauce on a bed of leeks, courgettes and onions.
