Saturday 5th November

Weigh in:
13st 8lb - 7lb lost in total

Exercise:
None

Breakfast:
Gammon Round, 2 whole eggs and mushrooms

Lunch:
Missed lunch wasnt hungry

Dinner:
Two Sausages and a hot dog

Hosting bonfire night so difficult to have a proper meal and i did have two hot dog buns.

Exercise:
Nothing

Breakfast:
Sausage Roll - had to get the bread used up!

Lunch:
Again not feeling very hungry

Dinner:
Roast Chicken dinner, Brussells cooked with pancetta, cabbage roasted parsnips and one roast potato (normally i have a mountain of spuds)

Tuesday 08th November

Exercise:

Breakfast:
2 whole eggs, 2 bacon, 1 sausage half a grilled tomato and loads of mushrooms

Snack:
Pepperami

Lunch:
1/3 Baked Ham salad and a boiled egg. (lettuce, spring onion, radish, cucumber and tomatoes)

Dinner:
Tin of tuna and a tin of sweetcorn with some hot sauce

Wednesday 9th November

Exercise:
Had hospital appointment so not much exercise this week so far :(

Breakfast:
350g of mixed fruit (apples, strawberries and pineapple)

Snack:
Pepperami - I know its not the best snakc but i just love em when i havent got jerky :D

Lunch:
Mint and Chilli King Prawn Salad

Dinner:
Chicken breast cooked with Bacon Lardons, Leeks, Mushrooms, Courgettes, green pepper cooked in a red pesto sauce.
