Saturday-painful mouth burn from tea has kept me from eating much the last few days...
today-lots of icewater, raisins, 3 scrambles eggs, carrots, celery. white/green tea
Meal-chicken salad..ouch

4 slices turkey breast, pears

Late day meal:Fried beef strips with garlic and onion

Early evening-cherry tomatoes, more turkey, carrots, coconut water yum

pretty hungry today!
3 bananas
Meal 1:4 slices roast beef, carrots, cherry tomatoes, green peppers

Meal 2 :family dinner-fish night-the rest of the gang had beer battered fish cakes and fries,peas/carrots, cukes, peppers
I had 3 baked fish fillets(haddock), peas/carrots, green peppers, cukes, carrots, guacamole

Meal 1: leftover fish, raw carrots, peppers, guacamole
Meal 2: chicken Potato wedges, oh dear ::)

Craving potatoes and chips lately-time to change that quick!!

took a digestive break thru the day with mostly black tea
cooked carrots at lunchtime
Meal: fast fry angus beef cooked in chopped shallots
cooked carrots with guacamole-another new yum!!!

Meal 1: 4 eggs cooked with spinach and celery
 1 bowl of green soup
Meal 2:no time-raw vegies( cucumbers, celery)
small salad-lettuce, green onions

BBQ sausages/hotdogs-new all natural the family wanted to try

So between Thursday and Friday a ate a whole rib roast baked with onion(lunch supper and breakfast)
Friday lunch smoked meat and supper5 angus beef steak skewers baked with brocolli.
Drinks.2-3 coffee and 4-6 cups of water, 1 glass red wine

Saturday

bacon and eggs for brunch
2 chicken legs for supper
a few carrot sticks and fruit bar in between

Sunday
out of town early for an event which only had vegies or sandwhiches and desserts so I lived for the day on carrots and brocolli and peppers
came home and cheated with fish and chips baked in the oven-felt horrible after

Monday

Chicken slices, a little cheese (oops)
carrots, cucumbers
pork stir fry later
