All is well
I'm finding I seem to be shifting away from wanting or needing so much meat. I am eating lighter foods and feel more energetic without the heavy digestion demands. I eat alot of salad and fruit with occasional meat
Oct 18
Fruit for breakfast
salad for lunch-lettuce, tomato, cucumber, celery, avocado
salad for supper-lettuce, cabbage, chicken
Oct 19
salad for lunch and fruit/cheese(oops)
salad for supper

I'm just curious, but what does your "salad" contain? :)

It varies depending on what I have on hand...usually lettuce of any sort and then add-ins like cucumbers, brocolli, avocado and/or chicken, ham, hard boiled eggs. There are a few examples in the menus down further if that helps. I'm taking a wee salad break these days and sticking mostly to meats, eggs, and a few raw vegies or fruit for the occasional snack : )

Time to get serious lol. too many carbs, cheese, potatoes and too much fruit.  back to eating more protein and less sugars of all kinds. No wonder I've been feeling lousy lately!
Breakfast- 3 eggs,1/2 cup small shrimp,6 slices turkey bacon, coffee, water
lunch-ham
supper-chicken
