Having trouble with the 'for keeps' part.
Never give up I say. Cutting out gluten, most carbs, dairy and sugar as I see rash has returned.  Trying mono meals
Breakfast: coffee 2 bananas
Lunch :celery
Supper :ground beef
Snacks:boiled eggs, raw carrots, peppers, apples

Feeling great.  Cut out most sugar today except for what naturally occurs in milk.
Supper last night ground beef diced tomatoes, leeks, celery, garlic
Today burger patties cheese coffee lots off water. Not cutting out dairy or soy right now as I adjust to mostly meat, egg and  fish menu.
