Back again...try try try again...lots of fruit today..oranges, blueberries, avocado, tomatoes-also bacon and eggs
tomorrow-bananas, eggs, green salad and beef stew
cutting out dairy and working on less sugar...

Still here  ;D Just had an amazing breakfast of a baked egg and vegie dish. So delicious! Eggs, brocolli, peas, a little salsa, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper.
Fruit this aft then baked haddock for dinner later. Posting photo of breaky in the recipe section :)

Sounds pretty good, although peas are legumes and thus not paleo.

Feeling great!
Doing one meal a day...usually after 4 30 pm although cooking a huge turkey for thanksgiving lunch on Sunday
Oct 10
4 pm a few canned salad shrimp
5 30 pm : fried ground beef burgers with lettuce, :) bolied brocolli and onion yum

Thanks Warren. great to be back. looking forward to tomorrow nights dinner out..not sure if I will go for the elk burger (without the bun) or the wild boar belly :-\ either way it will be delicious I'm sure! Eating late in the day feels so great for me. Otherwise I am cooking and eating all day and craving all the wrong things :-[

Change of plans today but it's all good
Every day starts with coffee and water
2 meals
#1 smoked meat and lettuce salad, 1 banana
#2 chicken in wine and mushroom sauce (restaurant yumminess) with yellow and green beans and garden salad

Today my one main meal will happen at lunchtime as we will head out of town with our 23 lb turkey for thanksgiving dinner
Lunch
Turkey, ham, vegetables, fruit and likely a glass of wine ;D
Later on at our next stop...salmon, egg, chicken..and who knows what else..likely some shrimp and more wine..oh dear lol

Thanks! trying not to let it slide this time. any omitted days usually spell disaster. I suppose I could just mark those with a bunch of icons...angry, shocked embarrassed etc lol
