Kevin's Food Journal- Keeping Myself Honest

I have been falling off the paleolithic wagon too often recently. So, I have decided to restart a food journal to keep myself in check. Also, I plan to attach the costs of my homemade meals in an attempt to know more accurately my expenditures on food.

Dinner:
  • 263g of zucchinis sauteed in tallow
  • 178g of pork belly
  • 250g of grilled chicken thighs

Sunday, November 13:

Breakfast:
  • 300g of onions sauteed in lard
  • 281g of tandoori chicken thighs
