I've been using the Cron-o-meter (
http://spaz.ca/cronometer/
) for logging my foods, so I don't know if I'll have the time to do it both there and here, but I'll give it a try - let's see if cutting and pasting works:
(P.S. There doesn't seem to special categories for grassfed - I do use free-range lard, grassfed eggs and meats, etc. which I assume would change some of these figures. Also, I walk to and from work multiple times per day and do not use sunscreen and have shortsleeves and skirts, so I should be getting some vitamin D through sunshine. Also, I am finding it very difficult to meet the RDA's for all vitamins and minerals. I think they may be calculated too high for my calorie intake. FYI: I am 5'2", 120 lbs, I am NOT trying to lose weight. I have always been able to get by without eating very much, although I do think some of these calorie calculations are incorrect and a bit low.)

It appears (although I question the RDA's somewhat) that I'm consistently a bit deficient in:
-B1
-D
-E
-calcium
-magnesium
-manganese
-potassium
So I'm going to try eating more:
-
spinach
, since apparently it contains B1, vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, manganese, potassium
-
oily fish
for vitamin D (although I do try to get plenty of sun with no sunscreen)
-
pate/liver
for B1
-
turnip greens
for vitamin E, calcium
Also, I realized I didn't add in the water that I drink all day, which may contain some trace minerals. I am also thinking of drinking San Faustino water for the extra minerals.

CHughes, thanks for pointing out to me about the defaults in Cron-o-meter - I adjusted for my age, sex, etc. so hopefully that will help some!
P.S. I've bought some Appolinaris bottled water, for magnesium!
