I'm on this diet because I believe in the main idea behind it, but also to lose weight. my weight loss has been slower than expected but i can be patient. i'm just wondering what everyone thinks.

Here's my food from yesterday (pretty typical) (on days that I work out I typically have one or two servings of fruit)
Breakfast
4 pork belly stips
half a fried onion
2 fried eggs
Lunch:
Raw veggies (cucumber and carrots)
Fatty pork chops
Dinner
Paleo Stew that I made (2 bowls)
Hungry at about 8pm
so chopped egg mixed with onions and what was left of the pork chops
woke up at 8 this morning hungry
