Breakfast
Grilled 4 pieces of bacon at 7:30 am haha
2 eggs which I cooked in olive oil but I put too much olive  oil in the pan so I ended up throwing out some

Lunch
Not much
A few strawberries
A banana
Handful of cashews
Almond butter

Dinner
I was starving
1 lb steak
1lb gulf shrimp
A pot of kale with squeezed lemon and Himalayan salt

Water and paleo friendly kvass all dsy

This is really helpful as I am starting out with Paleo!

Can I ask what kvass is?

Also, where do you get your recipes and how long do your meals typically take to prepare?

By the way, this all looks yummy!

Looks good though the kvass may be unnecessary.  You can also save on the olive oil if you just cook the eggs in the bacon grease, which is more paleo anyway.
