Soooooooo, I've been a bad bad girl. These past few days have been a disaster. I want to blame it on being a woman and having uncontrollable cravings during a certain time of the month, but excuses just beget more excuses. Therefore, I'm going to keep the past in the past, admit that I made some bad decisions and just start over. I didn't expect this new lifestyle to be easy; I knew there would be some trying times. Well, now I know that I have to have more control during those girly times. Today I am rebooting and eating a complete paleo diet.

B'fast:
Chicken sausage, bacon, mushrooms, peppers and onions mixed into scrambled eggs with coconut milk, cooked in bacon grease.

Plan for the rest of the day:

*couldn't finish my breakfast, so I'll probably have the left overs for lunch.

snack:
banana

Dinner:
Chicken with sauteed zucchini and carrots.

Dessert:
blueberries and strawberries in coconut milk with a smidge of honey and 1oz of chopped macadamia nuts.

yep -pretty much says it all. I've messed up this week too. Need to supply my fridge and freezer with the right stuff and my head  ::) Better days ahead. A whole lot of turkey and ham coming over the week-end yay!!!! Tomorrow eggs for breakfast for sure
