I'm cutting the fruit down to every other day right now I was in ketosis yesterday!
I don't know if I'm getting enough salt though, I don't usually like to add salt to cooked food but I was craving watermelon with salt today bad. I'm also drinking a lot of water, so even sprinkling in salt doesn't seem like enough.
