Breakfast : around 10 am 2 hardboiled eggs
Lunch : slice leftover lamb liver
Dinner : pork sausage, later in the evening 1 apple spinkled with cinnamon and a mini hand of raisins

Breakfast : 2 hard boiled eggs with a little mayonaise.
Morning snack : 1 cup julienne soup
Lunch : pork filet cooked together with ratatouille, dident have a lot of time so I did trow it all together.
Dinner : pork roast with scallions, carrots with lots of fresh thyme

Was off line for a few days, compu is working again.

Breakfast : apple
Morning snack : 2 slices of smoked pork belly
Lunch : string beans, tomatoes, ground beef
Afternoon snack : slice ham
Dinner : some ground pork, was a bit late an my hunger was gone

Breakfast : smoothie made of : 2 tomatoes, 1 egg, oregano
Morning snack : beef jerky
Lunch : salad/green belly, sunflowerseeds, dried herbs, raw hamburger made of pure beef
Afternoon snack : few slices of bacon
Dinner : Chicken breast baked in olive oil, tomatoes + balsamico, salad/green belly

Breakfast : cup of thick pumpkinsoup, held more the middle between puree and soup
Morning snack : few slices of bacon$
Lunch : 3 eggs, tomato, belly pepper
Afternoon snack : strawberries
Dinner : pork stew made from, pork cheeks, oinion, garlic, pumpkin, tomatoes, fresh thym + bayleaf.

A to busy weekend has kept me away from the computer, dident have time to post my daily journal.
Sept 28
Breakfast : 1/2 cup of minced pork (raw), 2 boiled eggs
Morning snack : cup of carrot soup
Lunch : raw apple mousse with a hand of raisins, 1/2 raw bloodsausage ( some 120gr.) it is made of pork blood and pork fat, I know because I did help to make it
there is just a small amount of salt to keep the blood, other it would turn off.
Dinner : started with a few mussels but dident like it, so ended up with 2 tomatoes with olive oil and balsamic

Breakfast : 1 banana, 2 eggs, olive oil, 1 spoon of gratted coconut : mixed into a smoothie
Morning snack : piece of beef jerky
Lunch : raw pork mince (140gr), salad, cucumber, olive oil, 1egg.
Dinner : portion of beef stew, was not so hungry

For a moment I dident have time to keep my journal up to date, I am a busy person so that happens from time to time.

Midmorning : cup ginger/lemon thee
