I got some lard at the butcher yesterday I like it ;)
Ok, so yesterday i had:

Breakfast: 500gr. Broccoli

Lunch: /

Dinner: 400gr. Sausages ~350gr. Cauliflower both done in lard
200gr. Blueberries
(didnt want to eat anything more in the morning because of the diarrhea)



today:

Breakfast: 250gr. fatty Pork with the rest of the Cauliflower ~300-400gr. both done in lard
~200gr grapes
(i fried around 700gr. of fatty Pork for breakfast, 2nd breakfast and Lunch.. )

Lunch: 350gr. fatty Pork and 400gr. Broccoli both with lard
1 Nectarine

Dinner: 4 very thin slices of Bacon, 3 Eggs, 250gr. Broccoli 200gr. grapes

Saturday:
ground meat from beef/pork the whole day. Everytime done in  lard all in all i ate ~1kg with broccoli and cauliflower (it seems i like these the most)
At Dinner i had 3 eggs also but couldnt eat all of it.

Sunday:

Breakfast: 250gr. fatty Pork (the expensive one that really just feed everything except grain/corn) with 300gr. broccoli all done in lard and 2 nectarines

Lunch: 300gr. fatty Pork (the same expensive stuff)
300gr. Cauliflower all done in lard and 250gr. grapes

At the afternoon i was at a birthday party and i tried a piece of cake which had chocolate in it (its called Danube wave)

It was good and i didnt feel terrible at all.

Dinner: several pieces of grilled meat and different sausages I couldnt weight them. With salad that had alot of nightshades in it. (It was still at the birthday party)

This was the first time i ate something non-paleo for a loooooong time. I didnt crave for cake at all but i just wanted to try it and see what happens if i eat stuff like that while on Paleo.

Monday:
breakfast: 250gr. fatty Pork with some Cauliflower leftovers all done in lard

Lunch: 300gr. fatty Pork with 500gr. Spinach

Dinner: 280gr. ground meat beef/pork with ~250gr. broccoli 3 nectarines and 1 1/2 eggs


I forgot to mention i eat 4 walnuts every morning with my breakfast.

ARGH seems like i lost some days, had a lot to do at work.
I am trying to add more and more fat and get rid of some meat. It seems i am having trouble with that.
Also i was craving for fruits like crazy yesterday after my workout. I had a complete meal with 350gr. sausages and 500gr. broccoli and 3 nectarines and still went to the next shop to buy mor fruits and i added 500gr. gooseberries after my lunch.

This is today:

7:00 breakfast: 3 bio eggs (these are like 3x the price as the "normal" eggs) with 2 big slices of bacon, 1 fresh sausage of groundmeat and 300gr. broccoli) all with lard lard lard <- this was excellent and kept me very full i wasnt even hungry for the 2nd breakfast like normal.

10:30 2nd breakfast: 500gr. Spinach with lard, dunno how much. 1 nectarine<- felt very good after this

14:00 Lunch: 3 sausages with 500gr. spinach 1 nectarine <- somehow i didnt feel good after that

19:00 200gr. broccoli with 300gr. fatty pork all in lard 1 nectarine

I ate 3 eggs some bacon and 1 sausage with some cauliflower this morning and my stomach is making weird noises all morning long.
This cant be normal right?

I am not eating the Cauliflower anymore. That seemed to help.
I made an Account at Fitday to look a bit deeper into the stuff i may be missing in my diet :)

Fitday tells me I burn 3500 cal. a day and i didnt even put my workouts in there yet...
