Saturday:
ground meat from beef/pork the whole day. Everytime done in lard all in all i ate ~1kg with broccoli and cauliflower (it seems i like these the most)
At Dinner i had 3 eggs also but couldnt eat all of it.
Sunday:
Breakfast: 250gr. fatty Pork (the expensive one that really just feed everything except grain/corn) with 300gr. broccoli all done in lard and 2 nectarines
Lunch: 300gr. fatty Pork (the same expensive stuff)
300gr. Cauliflower all done in lard and 250gr. grapes
At the afternoon i was at a birthday party and i tried a piece of cake which had chocolate in it (its called Danube wave)

It was good and i didnt feel terrible at all.
Dinner: several pieces of grilled meat and different sausages I couldnt weight them. With salad that had alot of nightshades in it. (It was still at the birthday party)
This was the first time i ate something non-paleo for a loooooong time. I didnt crave for cake at all but i just wanted to try it and see what happens if i eat stuff like that while on Paleo.
Monday:
breakfast: 250gr. fatty Pork with some Cauliflower leftovers all done in lard
Lunch: 300gr. fatty Pork with 500gr. Spinach
Dinner: 280gr. ground meat beef/pork with ~250gr. broccoli 3 nectarines and 1 1/2 eggs
I forgot to mention i eat 4 walnuts every morning with my breakfast.
