Thought I'd start to post my food diary to see what you guys think. I want to lose a little weight, but mostly I want to get leaner without starving myself as I was on WW.

Tuesday Breakfast: 3 egg omelette cooked in butter, grated carrot salad
Lunch: Spinach, cucumber, tomato salad, tin of sardines in olive oil, apple, decaf black coffee
Pre training snack: orange, 1 teaspoon sesame butter
Post training snack: ham broth, raw carrot
Dinner: turkey and veg bolognese, steamed cabbage, blueberries
Wednesday Breakfast: minced pork and veg with raw spinach, black coffee
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, red cabbage cooked with balsamic vinegar and pumpkin seeds, raw carrot
Pre training snack: banana
Post training snack: kiwi fruit and coconut milk
Dinner: turkey and veg bolognese, more red cabbage, strawberries
Can't wait to the end of this week to see how I look and feel after a week on paleo! Exciting!
