Meatloaf - part turkey, part beef w/broccoli, carrot, onion, and parsley
Salad - greens, tomato, carrot, sprouts, peppers, chicken, egg, evoo, bit of vinegar

Small burgers, french fries

Vegan burger (mostly mushroom), wrapped in lettuce
Salmon off the grill (had to taste it!)

I'm currently using the app Lose It on my tablet and regular pc. I love it! While it isn't super necessary to count calories when you're strict paleo, I wanted to look at my other nutrients, too. Also, I've packed on my winter fat coat, so I'm ready to normalize that weight again.
Monday
Breakfast
Primal Fuel - 1 serving
Small banana
Lunch
Salad - huge pile of spring mix, burger (diced), guacamole (homemade), grated carrot, dice chipotle tomatoes, 1 TBSP bbq sauce
3 x Crossfit warm up -- getting back in the swing of xfit
Dinner
Smoothie - primal fuel (1/2 serving), strawberries, romaine lettuce, carrot, banana, ground golden flaxseed
Chicken Thighs (2) pressure cooked in a date/tamarind sauce
Sauteed veggies - green pepper, onion, fresh green bean
