Also, I did cheat a bit on Sunday and Monday - Sunday was Mother's Day and I ended up eating 2-3 bites of cheese cake my mom had made.
Cheated last night with about 3c (popped) popcorn.Other than that, 170.8 today. If we stay on course, that means goal will be reached soon.I'm still not at the BF% I want to be though, so perhaps I should set another weight goal. 165 or 160?
