Yes, you could DIE in the next 50 to 60 years. But dang you'll look good laying there all dressed up!
This is what I mean, obviously getting 300g of protein a day works but do you think that your body would suffer if you got 100g less?.. You see these guys who apparently get 70g of protein a day getting all big and lean, I just wonder how this even works for them.
In other news, I ate a lb of beef and 4 huge chicken legs with thighs attached for dinner last night, all cooked in lard. It took a while to eat it and I was absolutely full. The only other option is attempting to do this twice a day, but I don't know if that's very realistic.
Maybe if I can find a lifting regimen that's more interesting, It'd be an easier decision.
