Is there a way to copy and paste the foods from Cron-o-meter onto here?

Change requires you to scream, I'M NOT GONNA TAKE ANY MORE!...and then you don't.

I highlighted everything in the panel and used cut. It then asked me if I meant to delete. Ignore that and have this forum open in another window.
You can then paste here but you have to tidy it up.

I am a bad girl I only cleaned up one day. :)

Then you go back to cron o meter and say no

Wednesday 13th January

Breakfast - NO breakfast - I wasn't hungry then got busy and forgot

Peppermint tea with slice of lime 3 x mugs

Lunch Half a banana

1/4 roast chicken re heated. ate all dark meat the kidneys and interesting bits.

small slice of beef while I was waiting for the chicken to warm up :D

I joined the Arthur Devaney site before I found here and he promotes natural feeling fast and famine and unbeknownst to me, I do this naturally. Whilst many of my friends want feeding every two hours, I tend to wait until I'm hungry and then feast.

The difference is now I know what to eat :)

I am missing chocolate a bit. Just thinking about it. Just saying. Will that pass?

Dinner

An avocado pear
2 teaspoons of EVOO
200 grams of large prawns
lemon juice
About 3 ozs of macadamia nuts
More peppermint tea throughout.

Gives me a 33:10:67
Protein/carb/fat ratio

Total 1794 calories. although that is not really important.

You really like peppermint tea huh!! :D Before I went Paleo I was drinking spearmint tea. I forced down a mug of the stuff every night. The only reason I drank it was for its ability to suppress androgens, because before I changed my diet I was going bald and growing hair on my face. Talk about hormone problems man. The thing was I absolutely HATED the taste. I think if I had to swallow one more mouthful of that hot minty sludge I would have offed myself. Fortunately on Paleo these issues were rectified naturally. So glad to be free!! :P

I've started having a teaspoon of cod liver oil on days I don't get any sunshine.

Someone - I think Marika - at one point came up with a paper that said the biological half life of vitamin D in the body was something like 3 months.  I sometimes wonder if we're designed to store enough up from summer sunshine to last us through the winter.

I wonder the same. I wouldn't count on it on a modern lifestyle, though. Even during the winter in places like Boston (where I spent a couple of years) the sun does come out a few hours a day when it's not snowing. Assuming a primitive lifestyle, we would be outside for those rare rays of winter sunshine, even when our bodies would have been mostly - but not completely - covered. On the other hand, if you work indoors during daytime you'll never see the sun unless it comes out during your days off.

I my specific case, my ancestry is Mediterranean, so I was sure I was definitely not adapted to Boston winters.
Any idiot can get on a treadmill and watch TV and then take great pride in the fact they've exercised.

is cod liver oil as good as the chewable D3 do you guys know?
I will look for dosage but I might be driven by price as well.

:) As I said on another post I SEE the sun if it is out because i work under a skylight a glass roof effectively but the rays don't get through.

Short of rickets, what harm is a lack of D doing and how would it manifest? Does anyone know?
Thank you
