Well that sounds good Lone_wolf thank you I must admit the meat from this new butcher is so amazing that I am being greedy.I shall probably have quite a few carbs tomorrow. I am having lunch with a dear friend who is rather elderly and apart from saying I don't eat tomatoes or cheese and don't drink alcohol, she could give me anything. I won't have much. I'll fill up on a good paleo breakfast before I go. I shall carry on eating the meat and very little carbs.Wish I could invite some of you guys to eat with me Sunday - I have a great rib roast!Cheers!
