Hi Renta! I LOOOOVE tikka masala. What do you do to make it paleo? The recipes I've seen include cream. Do you use coconut cream/milk? That was my plan. I was curious about how it turned out if so.

yesterday I had to go out

lunch was a pork chop

Dinner out was fruit juice, a burger, no bun, an egg, bacon, salad leaves with vinaigrette,

I had another pork chop when I went home as still hungry. Late to eat ....:(

Well I have started again after major backsliding.

Yesterday 16 November

One avocado, one tin Salmon, about 4 ozs corned beef, lime juice in hot water and herbal tea, macadamia nuts
Bad - can of diet coke

Today 17th November

Peppermint tea, 5 slices of pork, macadamia nuts,

So far so good. I keep seeing photos where I look like my grandmother! this has to stop. :)Wish me luck and will power!

Friday

Tinned Salmon, avocado, egg plain omelette, steak, onions, mushrooms,
herbal tea - glass of red wine

Saturday

nothing until dinner time. two pork chops, fried up with sliced carrots, mushrooms

Sunday

bad girl chocolate samples at choc fair... all dark chocolate

minced beef fried with dripping, mushrooms and onions.

Monday

no breakfast

lunch tinned salmon, avocado and macadamia nuts

Black coffee and herbal tea.

Forgot to weigh myself at weekend! doh!

well I am back and fatter than I was.

Starting again today.

This morning at 10.30

About 6ozs of Short beef rib done in the slow cooker yesterday. Grass fed, chicken stock, some red wine, garlic salt and pepper.

Weighing in at 205 :(
