I picked up a charcoal grill yesterday, and decided to use it today. My Bubba burger was 10 times better than cooking it in a pan!

Dinner: Bubba burger (onion) with tomato pesto sauce
2/3 bottle of water

Went out to dinner tonight, to an Italian place called "Bravo". No pasta or bread for me!

Dinner: Grilled chicken with lemon butter caper sauce
2 glasses of water

The chicken was excellent. I'd like to make it myself sometime.

I weighed in at 220.2 lbs. after getting home from my workout, so I decided I'd have my "day off", where I get to eat one junk meal that I haven't had in a while. My fiancee and I went to my favorite fast food place.....Taco Bell.

Dinner: 2 steak Grilled stuft Burritos
2 Baja beef Gorditas
1 steak quesadilla
1 "Mexi-melt"
Large Mountain Dew

This amounted to about 5 lbs. of food and drink!

I woke up feeling like crap. I was kind of disgusted that I'd ate that much (and I used to eat that much regularly!), and I was also a little put off by the food itself. It's like my body is saying "Why are you eating this crap? I don't want it." I used to crave that stuff - now my body doesn't even want to touch it. That's a good sign, I think.

1/4 bottle of water

Went to a friend's house for a barbecue. Lots of fun!

Dinner: Burger (no bun) with salsa verde
2 large cups of water
1 bottle of water

I had a LOT of water.
