A few pieces of kiwi and blueberries
1 glass of orange juice

Snack: Handful of red seedless grapes

Lunch: Chicken, crabmeat and egg stir-fry
1 glass of water

Dinner: 1 grilled tri-tip steak, with mesquite marinade and salsa
2 strawberries, 1 slice of kiwi, and a few blueberries
1/3 bottle of water

Isn't it crazy how much different food tastes now?  It always amazes me.  I remember that I used to positively stuff my face with the free bread they give you at restaurants.  Now they bring out the little basket and I still have the memory of the bread being soooooo delicious, so sometimes I'll take a bite or two - and it's like sawdust in my mouth.

I was the exact same way. I would eat that stuff just because it was in front of me.

The food from Taco Bell tasted fine - it just didn't agree with my body afterwards.

I didn't eat fruit too often, and rarely ate vegetables, and eating more of these foods has definitely opened up a world of flavor to me.

Went to Outback Steakhouse for dinner. The waitress must have thought I was crazy - 1 glass of water, only ate one pork chop of the two on the plate, and didn't touch the side of mashed potatoes.

Dinner: 1 grilled pork chop
1 large glass of water

Went to dinner at the country club my fiancee and I picked to have our wedding reception at. The food was excellent - we're very happy with our choice!
