started adding more fat today offficially

Breakfast   8os of thickcold speghetti sauce made with 8o% lean beef( I normallyy get the 95% stuff) big step for me.  I ate it with celelery using the celery stalks as the ediable spoon.

Lunch I  12oz all beef hamburger patty(frozen pre-made patty) with celery,  Just got home from grocery store and was starving.

Lunch II  8oz pre-made burger with cauliflower mashed "potatoes"   Cauliflower, garlic powder and some coconut oil and a little sea salt and a handful of roasted walnuts

Supper  1 barbecued leg quarter (I skinned them but did not trim the fat) and mashed cauliflower potatoes.

How did I do?
