Lunch
Bowl of Shrimp gumbo I made the day before:
Onion, garlic, beef stock, hot sauce, chopped tomatoes, 1 pound of shrimp, carrots, cauliflower
Dinner
Meatballs; ground beef, ground pork, onion, basil , parsley, spinach, eggs, oregano, and garlic
Home cooked marinara: tomatoes, garlic, green peppers, and onions
(Did a side of spaghetti noodles for my Mom and Daughter, I did not eat)
Tossed salad- iceberg, romaine, carrot, onion, tomatoes, olive oil and wine vinegar
