Today's dinner:
1 onion chopped
1lb chicken livers
4oz baby spinach leaves
3 tbs of duck fat
Fry (broil?) onion till soft
Add chicken livers and cook both until onion and liver is just how you like it
Add spinach for a wee bit
Put half on plate and enjoy.
Try to save other half for tomorrow's lunch. Nope. Ate the whole blessed lot
