Brekkie: Paleo Pancakes: One banana, 20 blueberries, egg whites and almond butter - cooked with Coconut Oil
Lunch: Pork steak with parsnip fries cooked with olive oil
Supper: Vanilla Maple Glazed Pork chops with garlic roasted broccoli and asparagus, with a bit of mashed sweet potato and ghee
