Here I am, week 1/ day 3 of changing my way of eating. For my own reference, I will be noting down everything I eat throughout the day. Hopefully it will keep me right and also, if anybody else is interested enough to read...they would be kind enough to correct me if necessary  :)

Weight today: 9 st 1 lb.   (aiming for perhaps 7 lbs loss and then to maintain)

Breakfast : Paleo banana pancakes with a scraping of grass fed butter and a few strawberries. Decaf tea.

Lunch : chicken liver pate with celery sticks.

Snack : some nuts and seeds, Decaf tea.

Dinner : 2 pork loin steaks, large grilled mushroom, sweet potato mash, asparagus tips.

Late afternoon : handful of nuts and seeds. Decaf tea.

Late dinner : sirloin steak, mushrooms, shredded leek and cabbage.
