I'm back guys , had a stint of ketogenic eating for about 3 months had great weight loss with it , but missed my carbs to much and splurged and put on a shit ton of weight.
Had issues with my Crohn's disease while on keto but got drastically worse when I splurged on the carbs , so I said I would give paleo a go again.
My diet looks like this -
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks (keto habit)
2 rashers of fatty bacon.
1 scoop of whey in water
2 chicken breasts
1 cup of strawberries
50g of Brazil nuts ( have them in my house just trying to get rid of them)
Post workout
2 scoops of protein in water
1 banana
300g of steak
2 cups of mixed veg
Most food will be cooked with coconut oil.
I understand whey powder is questionable but I have a tub and a half I need to get rid of so will be using it.
When whey is gone will substitute for some lean protein option.
I'm 5"10 and 215 lbs.
Gona stay paleo until Christmas and will re evaluate then.
