Here's a link to my fitday account.  I've haven't used it in over a year, so any previous entries are obviously not going to be paleo.  Also, today's seaweed salad doesn't technically count because of the vinegar and sugar.  Not sure if I'm going to try to go hardcore paleo, or if I'll allow certain "cheats" every now and then.

How do you get the fitday journal to look like that? That is so cool! I need to do that would be easier!

Uh, I just enter my foods into it.  Other than building some custom "recipes" and foods into it, I haven't done anything special.  It builds all of the graphs, etc for you based on the info you input about what you're eating.  It's a really neat website.  And you're right, it makes it much easier to keep track of everything!  Best part is that it's free.
