I was reading about nutrition and health benefits from saturated fats and I had got rid of my overwhelming sugar addiction from teen years. While talking to a co worker about nutrition she dumped a book on my desk; Paleo Solution? Everything clicked. No underlying medical cause. I'm lactose tolerant (Swedish) and also quite tolerant to legumes and wheat (never had any intestinal gastronomical problems).
