Hello
« on: March 27, 2016, 12:31:44 PM »
I have been doing Paleo for about 3 months and am glad to finally find a decently active forum to discuss it on.  I am 37, and started paleo as a way to help manage my chronic inflammatory conditions.  So far I am seeing major improvements and weight loss is a nice side effect. I have celiac and food allergies, so sometimes paleo can be tricky, especially when I am trying to eat a diverse amount of nutrients but can't eat most fruits.

Happy to be here.

I've been following a paleo diet now for about 3 months after about six months of elimination diets to figure out what was causing me to be so ill. I currently do not eat dairy, wheat, corn, bananas, and berries.  It's a challenge some days!  However it has made a huge difference in my fibromyalgia and my inflammatory conditions.

I am happy to be here.
