Hello
« on: December 31, 2016, 02:25:30 PM »
Hello my name is mitch. After much thought and reading. I have decided to make a lifestyle change. I have decided to go paleo. Since I have gotten out of the U.S. Army my weight has steadily went up. I am at 315 lbs, have high blood pressure, and sleep apnea. I am hoping to get down to 185-200 lbs. And resolve these issues. I know I have a long road ahead of me. I will be starting my paleo journey tomorrow. I look forward to learning more from more experienced people. Thanks.

Hey Mitch, I was in your exact same shoes a little over a year ago. By sticking to the Paleo lifestyle, I lost over 110 lbs in a year. It can be done. Just be dedicated to it 100%. Analyze your relationship with food and change it. You have made it through boot camp; you can do this. Let me know if you have any questions or need tips.

Welcome.  Just stick to fresh whole meat, green vegetables, and fruit, and you'll be amazes at the results.  Once you reach your ideal weight you may have to add some extra fat back in, but you don't need to worry about that just yet.
