Hello. Not sure I qualify as advanced but have been here a while. A few setbacks but overall, especially now, never felt better. I'm doing mostly meat, fish and eggs. Lots of water is key. I eat some vegies, salads, fruits. Weakness dairy, potatoes. Still eating good cheese,occasional potatoes and drink soy milk for hormone balance righr now. Not all paleo but feel great without most carbs..bread, cereal,rice, pasta etc. Hope his helps
Welcome. Stick with meat - including fish and eggs - fruit, and leafy greens and you'll do fine. If you are trying to lose weight, don't overdo the fruit.
