Hello Everyone! I'm excited to start this new lifestyle!
Let me introduce myself: My name is Jessica and this is day 5 of the paleo diet. I have experimented with many diets in the past including weight watchers, low-fat, vegetarian and vegan. I've lost weight in all but I never seem to feel good, so it has been a surprise that its day 5 and I still feel good.
I started paleo after my husband learned about it from a coworker who has been very successful! I decided to do a 30 day paleo challenge to see if I would like it but just after a couple of days I am already convinced! I haven't lost any weight but I feel great! I am still working through my unlearning that fat is not good for you as I choose different types of meat but I have been successful in eliminating grains, legumes, and dairy!
