Sounds like you're basically on the right track.  The water is good.  Try to eat full fat meat - at least chicken with the skin on, or steak with plenty of fat.  You might want to cut back on the dates, which have a lot of sugar, and make sure the coconut is unsweetened.

Some of those on the forum give up snacking completely, and just eat one or two meals per day.

I found I needed to snack for the first few months, while I learned how much fat I needed to sustain me between meals, but once I'd figured that out snacking was unnecessary. These days I seldom snack and I never feel hungry.

Welcome, Leviathian.

You're doing the right things - I would cut out the dates and any dried fruit, though. Your water intake is good - i was drinking huge amounts at first but it has lessened with time...

I have one meal in the evening most days, but listen to my body - some days I snack on nuts and fruit, other days I have a light paleo lunch...

hope this helps.
