Hi everyone have just started this paleo lifestyle so what i am after is firstly advice and guidance.i have started grazing on walnuts,shredded coconut,dates,goji berries,sunflower kernels i am drinking 3 litres of water daily . For dinner i am having either chicken or steak with a salad based on spinach with other additions.So here is my question am i doing the right thing.secondly is there anyone on this forum from brisbane australia cheers karl
