Hi everyone im new to Paleo after my new personal trainer recommended Paleo to me as a great way to eat well, lose weight and get healthy. Before that I had never heard of Paleo
I'm a 29yr old female weighing in at 92kg (the heaviest I've ever been) i am 5foot 6" tall and have been a yoyo dieter for the past 8 years.
I started Paleo 2 weeks ago by scouring various different web pages and have just started reading Robb Wolf's book too but I do find it difficult that a lot of sites have conflicting info.
The first two weeks were great I felt lighter in myself and didn't have hunger pangs at all then I spectacularly fell off the wagon on Saturday night by drinking 2 bottles of red wine which ended up with pizza and ice cream which I never really ate before!!
So here I am starting again, the guilt was incredible and when I got on the scales today I'd only lost half a kilo which is really depressing but I am convinced that Paleo is going to work for me if I can control my drinking.
The 30 day cleanse starts again! Wish me luck
