I am from South East Europe, 45y old female. I arrived to Paleo somehow intuitively after years of low carbing (both Atkins and Ducan) and I am eager to learn more.
As a side note, i am at the higher end of healthy BMI, i am UK size 12/ US size 10.
I used to work out quite a lot until couple of months ago (HIIT and weights about 7h+ a week), but had heart-related issues so i have to take it easy for a while.
