Hi, all. Glad to be here.

I'm trying to get back into eating paleo/primal after falling off the wagon for awhile.
I'm interested in weightlifting but I am still a beginner. I'd like to get into CrossFit in the future but I'm not sure I'd be able to go just yet without embarrassing and/or maiming myself. (If anyone has any tips on how to prepare for joining next year, let me know!)
Oh, and I really love sardines!
