Hey everyone, went paleo first week of December. Because of the diet change, discovered I'm sensitive to gluten. Since paleo, no more headaches, joint pain, weird gut issues, bloating, gas, etc. An absolute transformation in the quality of my life.
I was about 25-30 pounds overweight. I've lost 10 by the scale but I started weight training at the same time so hard to say how much fat I've lost. I've lost an inch-and-a-half off the waistline
