Mike intro

Hello all! Mike from anchorage, alaska here. First time going full out paleo as prescribed by the whole 30 folks. It was only rough for days 2 and 3, think I am over the hump. My lifts and metcon are back to normal. If anything, it feels better. Only using fruit post workout and the rest good ole protein and tons of veggies and keeping fats high. Seems to be working fine. Excited what I can learn from being here.

Sounds like you got through the "low carb flu" and are doing well now.  Welcome!

Thank you! Doing great and loving it. Felt sick and weak for a couple days, but after that felt great.  On about day 20 now and surprised at how easy its been. Been sticking to the whole 30 prescription for the first 30 days.  Reassess after that. Not really having any cravings but I am new so don't want to count my chickens yet.  Point is, I feel really great. Lifts are going well.  Hungry alot, but only craving Paleo food. Probably to long of a reply, just excited. Thank you for the warm welcome.
